Roman Hillery Spahr

ROMAN HILLERY SPAHR and Anna Mary Drake were married February 26, 1927. Anna Mary Drake was the daughter of William and Sarah Ellen Miller Drake. They farmed a number of years in Warrington Township and Dover Township. Later in life, Roman was employed at a greenhouse south of York. The last few years before retirement, Roman worked at the Dispatch Publishing Company, York, Pa. Anna has always been a homemaker. After several years of ill health, Roman passed on January 1, 1978, and was buried in Salem Union Cemetery. Anna is living in their home at 3150 Alta Vista Road, Dover, Pa.
